VISION

The vision of the College is to develop economic and social equity for women, thus contributing to equal rights and opportunities in the society which is a pre-requisite for nation building. Through the adoption of these noble ideas, the College aims at become one of the best Women’s College in the state. This vision further shapes the mission of the College to sensitize young women to their rights and place in society through application of relevant knowledge.
To prepare socially responsible and knowledgeable future citizens of India. The college was established with a vision to provid higher education to the poor and down trodden of the society of the rural and backward areas.

MISSION

1. The formal education processes such as curriculum, sports, soft skills etc., are aimed at holistic development of students. Institutional goals focus on quality education that not only activate the mind but also develop confidence, leadership and an ethical and moral orientation, as well.
2. It being a Government institution it serves as a center for a rural students with higher quality of education at an affordable fee structure and support. The mission is emancipation of backwardness, poverty and mental constraints of local youth by providing quality education, life skills, employable skills and personality development.
3. on the successful completion of 75 yers the college offered P.G. Courses also in Arts, Sciences, M.A. (Telugu) also.
4. On ataining autonomous status to this institution, department introduced modified curriculam approved by the BOS of the departments.The members of the BOS design and update the curriculam as per the guidelinse of the APSCHE, Acharya Nagarjuna University and UGC.
5.Yet there are miles to go and face new challenges also to achive the goals of the department.
