Biography

Dr. N. Sharmila Rani is currently serving as a Lecturer in English at Government College for Women (Autonomous), Guntur. With over twenty-five years of teaching experience, she is known for her commitment to academic excellence, student-centred learning, research, and institutional development and has consistently demonstrated distinction in teaching, research, and academic administration.

Throughout her professional career, Dr. N. Sharmila Rani has actively participated in numerous Orientation Programmes, Refresher Courses, Faculty Development Programmes, Workshops, National and International Seminars, and Conferences to enhance her academic and professional competencies. She has presented research papers on English Language and Literature, Communication Skills, Women's Studies, and innovative teaching methodologies in various academic forums.
