Biography

Dr. P. Bharathi Devi is currently working as a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at Government College for Women (Autonomous), Guntur. She has over 20 years of teaching experience in undergraduate and postgraduate computer science education. Prior to joining the Government Degree College system, she served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Applications at KBN College (Autonomous), Vijayawada, from June 2006 to August 2021, where she actively contributed to teaching, research, curriculum development, and academic administration. She later joined SKBR Government Degree College, Macherla, as a Lecturer in Computer Science in August 2021 and served there until her transfer to Government College for Women (Autonomous), Guntur.

She obtained her Ph.D. in Computer Science from Krishna University in 2019 with research focused on DNA-Based Cryptographic Techniques. She has also qualified UGC-NET and AP & TS SET, reflecting her strong academic credentials.

Her teaching expertise includes Programming Languages, Data Structures, Database Management Systems, Theory of Computation, Design and Analysis of Algorithms, Cloud Computing, Network Security, Artificial Intelligence, and Blockchain Technology. She has published more than 15 research papers, including 10+ Scopus-indexed publications in reputed publishers such as IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, CRC Press, and AIP Conference Proceedings. She is also a Board of Studies member in several universities and autonomous colleges.
