The Brief history of Physical education would start in just about 1820 when schools & colleges focused on Gymnastics, hygiene training and care and development of the Human body. By the year 1950, over 400 institutes had introduced majors in physical Education. The Father of our more modern Physical education classes is fried rich jahn, who in the early 1800 began teaching a programme of Outdoor physical education activities for students in the secondary schools where he taught in fact, he created the first gymnastics club for youth and adults

All students will be physically active and educated, having acquired motor skills to perform a variety of physical activities, physical fitness knowledge, and instinct motivation to pursue a healthy and active lifestyle.
The Mission of the Physical education programme is to provide a Comprehensive, progressive and articultured physical education program through quality, research based instruction. Our students will attain the knowledge and skills to be physically achieve and healthy for life in the 21st century.
