Biography
Padmini Devi working as Lecturer in Homescience at Homescience department of Government College for Women(A), Guntur, and appointed in 2011 as Direct recruitment by Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC).
She pursued education at one of the prestigious State Agriculture University Acharya N.G. Ranga Agriculture University (ANRAU), Hyderabad where she excelled in her area of specialization i.e., Extension Education. While doing Ph. D. she worked as senior research fellow in ICAR e- courses project as content developer in the area of Extension Education.
With a diverse background spanning teaching, research, and extension services, Padmini Devi is a seasoned professional known for her expertise in innovative pedagogies and technology-driven classroom teaching methods. She holds a rich academic record, contributing significantly to various fields such as women's entrepreneurship, diabetes management, and the impact of online teaching tools on educators and learners.
She has an impressive portfolio of research papers, of more than 20. She has actively engaged in national and international seminars, conferences, and workshops, both as an organizer and presenter, showcasing her commitment to knowledge sharing and academic discourse.
